SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Fulmen Pharma, we aim to make the ordering and delivery process as straightforward as possible. Orders are prepared promptly and shipped using tracked delivery services where available.

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically dispatched within 24–72 hours
  • Tracking: A tracking number is provided once your order has been dispatched

  • Lost Shipments: Eligible shipments may qualify for a refund or reshipment in accordance with our shipping policy

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weekends, public holidays, and customs processing.

  • Norway: 2–7 business days(domestic)
  • Europe: 3–9 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days

These are estimated delivery windows rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Customs or carrier delays may occasionally extend the delivery time.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If a shipment is lost in transit for reasons outside the customer’s control, we may provide a refund or reshipment after 30 days from the original dispatch date, subject to the conditions below.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate delivery address
  • Monitoring shipment tracking
  • Being available to receive the package when required
  • Collecting the package from the designated postal facility within the applicable holding period

Refunds or reshipments do not apply where a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failure to accept delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or another circumstance attributable to the recipient.

If your package has not arrived 15 business days beyond the stated delivery window, please contact our support team with your order and tracking information.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise has an issue, please contact customer support before taking further action so the situation can be reviewed according to our order policy.
